Kari é de Michigan e também passou vários anos morando e trabalhando no Brasil. É bacharel em Comunicação Organizacional e Gestão Empresarial pela Western Michigan University (Go Broncos!) e MBA Executivo Internacional em Gerenciamento de Projetos pela Fundação Getulio Vargas. Ela tem mais de 15 anos de experiência profissional nos setores corporativo e sem fins lucrativos, incluindo trabalho em projetos e programas internacionais.
É Coach Profissional Certificada pelo Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), Master Practitioner Energy Leadership Index™, COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist e Associate Certified Coach (ACC) pela International Coaching Federation. Kari também é uma treinadora licenciada certificada pelo Strategic Play Group Ltd. nos métodos LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
