About Kari
Kari is from Michigan and has also spent several years living and working in Brazil. She holds a BA in Organizational Communication and Business Management from Western Michigan University (Go Broncos!) and an International Executive MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas. She has over 20 years of combined professional experience in both the corporate and non-profit sectors, including work on international projects and programs.
She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), an Energy Leadership Index™ Master Practitioner, a COR.E Leadership Dynamics™ Specialist and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. Kari is also a certified licensed trainer with Strategic Play Group Ltd. in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Methods.
Providing services around the world in English and in Portuguese, Kari brings a unique energy and warmth to all her endeavors. She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections and supporting individuals and teams as they expand awareness, create intention and discover ways to enhance their positive impact on themselves, their teams, their organizations, and the world.
